ROOM CAPACITY LIMITATIONS

Reservation requests that exceed the normal bed capacity of a guest room will not be accepted. Additional rooms will be required whenever there are more people in a party than the requested room will accommodate----based on type and number of beds, age, sex and family relationships involved.

WEEKEND RESERVATIONS

Reservations for Sunday through Thursday can be booked one year in advance according to availability of rooms. Though the same one-year rule applies to reservations for Fridays and Saturdays, active military personnel have a limit of 30 room nights per year that can be booked for selective Fridays and Saturdays, and civilian personnel 10 room nights per year.


GUARANTEE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

Reservation requests must be accompanied by a deposit of the first night's room rate for each room reserved in order to guarantee accommodations. In addition to checks and money orders, reservations can be guaranteed by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. Simply provide type of card, card number, expiration date and your signature as required on this form.

Please note that due to occupancy demand, reservations not guaranteed by an advanced deposit or credit card may be pre-empted by a guaranteed reservation anytime within 14 days of the scheduled arrival.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW CHARGE

Deposits are refundable when a cancellation notice is received at least 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Guaranteed NO-SHOWS will forfeit the related cash deposit, or receive a no-show charge on the credit card used.
Please note that a guaranteed reservation will not be held past 10:00 p.m. unless precise late arrival information is provided.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. daily. Due to occupancy demand, early arrivals cannot be assured of receiving their reserved accommodations prior to 3:00 p.m.

Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out is normally not possible; however, luggage may be checked with the Bell Desk after vacating the room.


HOUSE GUESTS

Sponsors must be registered and in the hotel at the same time as House Guests, as well as assume responsibility for all their obligations and charges during such occupancy.
